The NOGLD Concludes the National Workshop for the INLOG Program in Tripoli.

Under the auspices of the National Organisation for Governance and Local Development Support, we concluded the final national workshop for the INLOG Comprehensive Local Governance Programme implemented by SALAR in Tripoli (13 December 2025). During the workshop, the Libyan team presented its outputs, foremost among which were the project on the role of community participation in activating Libyan governorates and the financial decentralisation project, alongside extensive discussions on the legislative and financial challenges facing municipalities, the application of financial decentralisation and the collection of local revenues. At the end of the workshop, certificates of participation in the leadership and change module were distributed.
